Dear Michael, I just wanted to say THANK YOU EVER SO VERY MUCH! I`m drawing with pencils ever since I was a little kid, but I never used colors. a few years back, I found this video on youtube and watched it several times. you made painting look so easy- so I had to try. I realy did try, and today, thanks to you I`m painting with oil paints (I even saled some of my paintings) so once again- thank you very much for driving me into this.

I've heard that you never want to start painting on white canvas, because it can make you colors look really saturated, and that you should always paint on top of a neutral color. Is that true?

@zerik12 you can use thinner, or just wipe the paint out with a paper towel.

How'd you get it so thin and watercolor looking? (the sky)
Mine goes on really thick and doesn't spread well.
