I can give you a lot of examples:anaemia,pneumonia,dia­betes,oncology,asthma,biopsy,a­mygdalitis,hormones...if you want more...ask!!! Besides,this is the reason greek scientists excel abroad...

@golemakosa1 Put the blame for all these greek words on some Ancient Macedonians who spread the Greek civilization globally and made Greek an international language.

However the irony goes beyong that.

SYNTHESIS in not only an international Greek word but has a particular meaning for all those who claim themselves as the true and only Macedonians inside and outside Greece.

Whichever was the language of Ancient Macedonians (a Greek dialect or a language very close to Greek) had nothing to do with the so-called "Makedonski".

Funny to see that in Balkans everybody focus on things that divide us and not the many things we have in common.

@redgreek2811 The world and the Greeks seem to forget that ALL SLAVIC CULTURE comes from Thessaloniki and Makedonia, by Kiril and Metodi from father LAV and mother MARIA they spread the Macedonian SLav (meaning famous) culture to the half of the known world ! Greeks, u are going down on facts. Makedonia was never Greek before 1913 !!!
