I used to have the exact same guitar. That's how I found you searching for a blue RG550. I miss it badly. Maybe you have mine do you live in Georgia or Florida? Nice playing, great sound.

No I don't live in FL or GA, but I did get this guitar off Ebay. I'm sure it's not yours because this thing was THRASHED when I got it. I had to sand/oil the fretboard (it was pretty much black with dirt etc...) The bridge was disgusting and had ashes/cat hair in it, it also wasn't the right height. I had to adjust the bridge height so that the strings were properly positioned and that they didn't fret out. lol. However, it's a great guitar now that I've fixed it and the action is very low :)
