are you still having problems setting this up? do by anychance a dvi slot on ur monitor and also check o google if ur monitor is hsdp compliant...otherwise it wont have rights to play hd content? watch my video it might help

yea! see! lol, hdmi to vga will not work if its just a cable, ppl pay alot to get proper converters
anyways, microsoft was nice enough to make a xbox 360 vga cable, if u buy the original MS one, it will work on 99% of the monitors out there and will look AMAZING

you can buy a cable that plugs into the big slot on your xbox and it has vga connection on the other end.i bought 1 and it works for me
