Sorry the first machine is a Plasser tamper the second is as stated below. They would ballast clean brush then tamp then finally DTS. Unless its not a ballest cleaner and only a regulator

Thats not a tamper its a ballats cleaner, DTS (dynamic track stabiliser) and ballast brush
