Andrew J. Moulden has been seen parading in a United States Naval Officer's uniform which he does not own. It is a crime in the United States to impersonate U.S. military officers. Moulden has posted a photo of himself in the uniform in an online book he wrote on topics purporting to be related to neurophysiology and autism. Moulden has difficulty forming paragraphs and spelling, suggesting that the degrees he claims to have were prizes he found in a Corn Flakes box.
