  • To eat every 3 hours means you eat 4-5 times a day, that's 3 meals + 2 snacks... so.... yeah...

  • Im in the biggest gainer for muscle, im in first place with 28.94 pounds of muscle over a 2 1/2 month period! I just cant wait to rip my body up! I just cant do high cardio until after the compitition!

  • Thanks Sara, I enjoyed your video! Helpful tips for sure! I've been following a better carb eating plan...no sugar, no white rice or white flour. I've been sticking to protein and veggies for lunch and dinner. I usually have steel cut oatmeal with some splenda, cinnamon, and almond butter. It's delicious. Although I haven't lost much weight, I can feel my body changing a bit, and I feel so much better after eating. It's amazing what cutting out sugar and the bad starches will do! Again, thanks
