Obama has a passport issued by the State Dept.. A US passport "certifies" an individual's identity. It is an internationally recognize travel document.
Obama's British citizenship expired when he was 21, he keeps his American citizenship. Being born in US makes him natural born citizen, by the principle of (jus soli).

Obama never proved his place of birth. He produced a certificate of birth that only registers his birth, but the long form certification of birth where the actual hospital's name is listed is very well hidden in the vaults of the SoS of Hawaii.
Furthermore, his father was a British subject at the time of his birth, which by default makes his son a British subject. A natural born citizen of the US cannot have a dual citizenship and cannot qualify to be president.
