Still have the original CD I bought in 1992. Saved it through two divorces, abandonment, homelessness and chasing my children across Washington after they were kidnapped. Groundbreaking women's metal...I still listen to it when I get in that certain mood. What a voice.

This whole album is amazing, I owned it when I was 18 - I won it from a college radio show trivia contest, so it was a nice coincidence that I would fall in love with it. Thanks for sharing!

@SolidSnake4Ever2003 Pleeeaze check out the 1996 album Zoon by a band called The Nefilim. Neil McCoy of the Fields of the Nephilim formed it after the Fields broke up in 1991. It is similar to Fear of God in that it is Goth Metal.... not just goth. Very dark...very atmospheric and huge production.. Like this album from Fear of God it is pure genius ! These two albums for me are the very definition of Goth. ALSO check out a band called Collide. I really like their album "Chasing the ghost".
