You can play at Bridge Base Online or OKBridge. The former is free; the latter is not, but IMO the interface is better. If you don't know how to play, the American Contract Bridge League and the English Bridge Union have tutorials, but it is better to get a real-life teacher. If you are not in the aforementioned countries ("American" includes North but not Central Am.), their websites will have links that will help you find your own national organisation, and through them you can find a class.
