Carolina Kostner of Italy performing her long program ( free skate ) at the European Championships in Lyon, in 2006. After the short she was in 5th place with a score of 60.04. Despite a fall in the end, she was 3rd in the free skate, with a score of 112.41. The program included a triple triple combination ( 3F 3T ) and a double axel-half loop- triple salchow combination. She won the bronze medal, her first european medal, with an overall score of 172.45. She finished behind Irina Slutskaya and Elena Sokolova.
