  • I don't understand the ending, I've seen most of the film. This is the guys job. What happens...? Does he do it? Does she save him? Or does she only save his soul?

  • @PrincipalMu she saves him but it's not black and white like that. I guess in my opinion, she doesn't take away all the bad stuff, she just makes him want to keep trying. You should really watch the whole thing though

  • cantyoureach, I have a question for you. I want to rent The Fall really bedly, but it's rated R. My mom will want to watch it with me, so is there any parts in it that I should be warned about? Besides the dying?

  • @AnimeVampire1234 I don't know how old you are but the only reason the Fall is rated R is for violence, and even that isn't very graphic or anything. It should have been PG-13. I think your mom will be fine with you watching it, unless she doesn't like any kind of violence. Like I said though the violence isn't very bad at all.

  • Thank you so much "cantyoureach".

I often watch this last clip in the movie (scene 27) because it brings me so much joy. A child's innocence, Beethoven 7th, silent film stunts. Over-fucking-joyed! It is nice to know someone else appreciates this scene. Thank you.

  • An amazing ending to an amazing movie =D I'm glad you enjoyed it as much as I do.

  • @MoonPhase94 It's been a while since I watched it, and I watched it only once. Maybe a woman left him, I don't know, but my interpretation of it was the bad working conditions and that everyone around him was already dead.

  • @MoonPhase94 I agree, that was the main reason. And I must echo some of the others by saying, BUSTER KEATON. That is all.

  • @Sikhindu I thought he was suicidal because his fiancee went off with another man?

  • It's Buster Keaton, the clown with the sad face. Inspirational.

  • 1:29 is Tarsem laughing. Tarsem knew he couldn't get the exact voiceover from her so they kept it.

  • @puffswami a lot of people love this scene :) It's beautiful and moving.

  • @PrincipalMu ah, now I remember, maybe he may die and she remembers him watching the films he made. Dies or not the final is fantastic and doesn't change much the effect of the film.

  • @PrincipalMu He survives and is stuntman.

  • BUSTER KEATON :D

  • @PrincipalMu We are seeing scenes from the actual movies he did. The guy was a stuntman and they were not well protected, their work was really bad that most of them died. That's why the main character tries to kill himself, he's fed up of his job. The ending is the little girl finally getting around to watch movies where he was in, and she's explaining that she recognizes him as the stuntman. I don't recall if he actually died in the end of the movie, it's been a while. I recommend you watch it
