Haha very funny dude !! Everyone know that kirkuk is Kurdish city !! Sadam Hussin has already introduced to the world by evacuation Kurds from Kirkuk bringing Arabs to their homes !! And why did the article 140 is stll egnorant because it's tru that Kurds are a mojrity . There is no Arabs from Kirkuk whatsoever !!!!!
