@MrReedyskate cept for halo keeps going even when it was supposed to end, while we are stuck with no episode 3 and a cliffhanger at the end of episode 2, halo is overdoing it but, id rather have it overdone than having no ending, episode 3 isnt coming out, just face it, but i like all of em, i like halo cod and halflife, but the best story of em all is half life for shure, but halo and cod have multiplayer and help me get over the loss of an ending to an awesome game, fuck you gabe

@chanze555 Halo and COD led to most modern FPS games.
and before them was the oddworld series which sadly went out of buisness when they both came out :'(

@190shepard In my opinion, The story is far superior in Half-Life.
Although the characters are more developed in mass effect (I didn't care for the characters in Half-Life as much as I did for Garrus or Tali)
Doesn't matter. They are both completely different games And I love both.

@neutral321 Yeah we all know doom is what started it all. But Halo was the game that proved fps games can be just as good on console. That and it had some of the greatest campaigns and multiplayer to ever be on a console at that time. What does halo have to do with this anyway?
