1. You don't report to a teacher! They don't do anything about it, they just say "Ignore them", wow, what advice. I'll ignore them while they lob bricks at my back and stones at the tip of my forehead.
2. You always fight back a bully, because they will become stronger if you stay down, so you need to toughen up!
3. In a verbal abuse confronce, you should always talk back, but not abusive, and get them to stop!
4. That was the worst acting I have ever seen!

Nice for an ideal world...
In real world, reporting a bully is the worst thing to do... will the teacher kill or capture him? no, simply things will get worse.
bullies are made of flesh like everyone, best strategy is to lure the bully in coming close to own face and suddenly to hit his nose with forehead.
For defending from a bully, also running into him from behind and striking his back between shoulders with the bottom of a full plastic bottle, will result in gaining his respect.
