OTR is becoming gentrified by hipsters and pseudo lolberal art revolutionaries. I think thats the main complaint against the renovation.

umm, this video is about OTR Community Housing which works to restore housing so they can move needy families into them, not move in "white mafuckas" as you so racistly put it. Did you watch the video? You are thinking about 3CDC.
