Bethany was a friend of mine. She was from Parkville, Maryland.
Bethany and her daughters - Haley, Lacie, and Vadie and her stepdaughter, Jordan - were killed on Dec. 30, 2007 by Mike Gaganon.
He was drunk, 3 times the legal limit - and high on pot.
He just got sentenced to 43 years in prison.
His parents say they will appeal the verdict.
