  • Interesting, ive always heard that deltoids are key to giving you a V tap body making u look big and buff

  • @creman12 - it is a combination of several things to get a good Vshape. Traps help along with lats, chest and deltoids. The of course lose the body fat so the waist area is lean and you will have an amazing shape and build. Baz

  • cool vid baz, gonna try this one matey.

  • @DUFFYISBACK - great and good luck. Baz

  • hi baz , great info given,, im just starting off and looking to bulk up a little bit and build a decent chest, im benching 5 sets x 5 reps @ 80kg, just a question about breathing, i try to hold my weight with a very slow and stricked movement, is it best to inhale lifting weight up then breathing out as lowering weight down? also do you have any techniques for buildingneck muscles? cheers vinnie

  • @ukvinnie71 - I would always inhale as I lower the weight and exhale when I press the weight up. If you think about it. at the bottom the chest is the most open so having it full of air would make the most sense. Baz
