Men's 100 m Semi-Finals - 江里口匡史 10.07 塚原直貴 10.09 - 第93回日本陸上

Student runner Masashi Eriguchi shocks Beijing Olympics bronze medalist Naoki Tsukahara with a legal 10.07 in the first semifinal of the men's 100 m at the 2009 Japanese National Track and Field Championships. Tsukahara came back with a 10.09 in the second semifinal, but with a 2.4 m/sec tailwind.

@windsadazen hi~ every one's style is different, like michael johnson running with upper body backward... but his speed is perfect ... ^^" what I see the "girl" is that his arm swing too straight, that cause more strenght to swing, if he can bend his arm more when swinging forward, this may make "her" save more strenght......
