I own this game, having bought this from Japan over ebay, and, despite not being very far into the game, it is voiced in English, but all the text is in japanese. Kinda difficult not speaking or reading japanese, so I guess on a lot of text. I haven't tried the card game, but it looks fun. The only real difference is a few extra scenes in FM than regular KH2, but hopefully that will change!

Because it's the final mix. Square Enix made a RE: Chain of Memories. They said it'll probably not come to the US. But they haven't decided.
