  • i was Marian

  • Hope you had as much fun with the role, as I did!

  • Really good, except for some people were just standing around doing nothing. But I liked it!

  • Thank you! A lot of people hadn't really sung on-stage before, so that explains the random standers haha

  • did you speed it up? we're doing it a bit slower

  • great question! actually, we modeled it after both the 2000 Broadway Revival with Craig Bierko and the 1962 film, and it worked out great!

  • haha we're doing this play at the moment. i'm mrs Paroo! WOO!

  • We'er also doing this play right now and im also a travelling salesman

  • As an Iowan. I have to point out. The couple that were supposed to be recreating "American Gothic" our most famous painting, needed to trade places. Ma on the left, Pa on the right. That's probably why no one got the joke right away. I recently saw a production where two men were sliding a brand new window pane across the stage and stopped in front of the two making it look like they were a framed painting. Also, in the middle of the stage behind the cast, is that a cobble stone street?
