I have a Pruis an I get 50 mph to the gallon and my Prius only holds 9 gallons!

Here is another tip my uncle uses in his navigator L. he drives in 2wd when in good weather and when he is gonna stop he puts the navigator in neutral and coast to the stop sign and when he gets there, he puts the brakes on. but that's with the center gear shift in SUVs saves gas

@askaboutRudyV Nah, electric cars are powered by coal fired power stations and their range is limited - not good.

Technology is changing fast, have you seen the new volvo v60 hybrid that has 276 bhp, 0-60 in 6.9 seconds, does 148 miles per gallon, and has CO2 output of 49g/km. I'm not making this up, it goes on sale next year, though it is a little pricey for now at £40000. Wait a few years and all cars will be like this - until hydrogen fuel cells can be made affordable.

I save money on gas by putting my butt to the car nozzle and providing natural bodily gas to the car. It runs pretty well and I aint have to pay a cent!
