That's a fairy-tale. The government will inevitably compete at costs FAR lower than what that private sector can offer, thus eventually eliminating ALL options EXCEPT the government. Hasn't history shown us enough times that government is usually inept at, well, nearly everything related to a free market? Just look at the DMV, Solyndra, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the USPS, Head Start, or anything.
