  • Wheres part 1?

  • hi. I just wanna say that light or low fat foods aren't good for you. Because they have something called aspartame in them, which makes you crave sugar more.

  • hey natalie, when u wered overweight did u have any stretch marks and i u did do u still have them and or how did u get rid of them?? :)

  • @rosiijiimenezz It's a myth that eating small frequent meals affects the metabolism. Exercise is basically the only thing that significantly raises it.

  • so how many meals do you have to eat a day for your metabolism to keep on working?

  • @BellaFrice serve your food on a side plate :) and eat slow, after 20 minutes, stop eating and drink some water :) I know I'm not the uploader...but I lost about 40 lbs

  • this was uploaded on my birthday o: hahah just noticed

  • @BellaFrice you can also drink a glass of water 15~20 minutes before eating. You will feel fuller so you will naturally eat less.. This works for me. :3

  • I like how its about healthy. Not one extreme with like dieting and skipping meals. or over induglign. Very good :)
