@HatroVille It's called motion tracking, and specifically you could use a tool called rotoshape in Apple Shake to "roto out" things that get in the way. This is quite possible, although this probably involved a lot of frame by frame editing too. Tedious, but sometimes it's the only way.

This is not possible with a green screen, As far as my knowledge goes, I think i know how green screen works and I have tested how to make some one invisible thru chroma keying.
When chroma keying to show invisibility, the second layer on a video editing should be the background of first layer of the video track. Over here we have moving backgrounds (ppl walking, cars moving, buildings passing by),
This is only possible IF, ALL the charactors are on a green screen room.
