The ensemble "ACOLADE" has given many concerts, enjoying the public and specialists' appreciation.
The structure of this musical group has an open character, collaborating with famous, renowned artists - instrumentalists, singers, dancers, puppet players - promoting a new combination of musical timbres - bassoon combined with: human voice, Pan's flute, taragot, dulcimer, accordion, piano, harp, saw, percussion and other instruments.

"ACOLADE" has a comprehensive repertoire comprising all musical genres and periods with original works, transcriptions, works created especially for this less ordinary formula and interdisciplinary experiments.
Constituted of very enthusiastic artists, eager to approach any formula that would lead to an exciting result, the "ACOLADE" ensemble is very interested in any serious initiative, having the possibility to collaborate with famous artists on important stages and recording the shows.

It's great to finally have some Iancu Dumitrescu on youtube. This piece is quite characteristic of his work with the 6 bassoons and tamtam. I have never seen Dumitrescu conduct before- really interesting style! And I noticed his wife Ana-Maria at the back behind the gong making wonderful noises with the piano. Thanks for posting this...

Din Cauza Asta Nu aveti Ce Manca !!! Suteti putzin Retardati !!! Putzin,mai pe romaneste, intirziatzi... In timpul asta, mai multe zeci de mii din tzara lucreaza, saracii, la Silicon Valey. Nu-i asa ca acestia "zangane" cate ceva fals ?! Puneti-i pe totzi... pe fuga! Sa ramana acasa doar "Inteligentii" si "Geniili" Neamului!
