AbelValerio, I just tried 14*13 and got 182... which is right... Just make sure to carry over the 1 and add it to the 7.
Though, there is a problem when the numbers get too high and you have to draw a bunch of lines and count a bunch of dots like 999*999. It's much easier to do it the real way.
There is a bog problem. If you use numbers bigger than 3; the calculation lines doesn't work. You can see this guy only uses 1, 2 and 3. Try multiplicate 14 x 3 ^^

14 x 13 works...you just have to remember to add the "1" from the "12" corner sum to the "7" central sum
