  • @crazylocoguitar I understand your point, but I have a right not to agree with it:)

  • @DemonRuby Yah, but you know atleast im not being a complete morons who disreagrads the genre cause they dont like it. Atleast i am giving you VALID reasons why core bands are not metal bands......

  • @crazylocoguitar Ok, I don't want to argue with you anymore, I'm not here for that. It's just sad because most people who like metalcore and also listen to other metal, will never go against those ones who like so called "real metal" and when I constantly keep reading these negative comments about sub genres of this music, it makes me really sad. I had a better notion about fans of metal, no matter WHICH metal.

  • @crazylocoguitar Argue with me all the hell you want, but there enirely different genres. Different song structures, vocals, different style of guitar playing (unless guitarist brings in styles from other genres. Bullet for my valentines guitarist brings in thrash styles but is still a core guitarist)And drum work is usualy very diferent to. Where as heavy, thrash, death power and so on all have very similar elements. Theres a technical aspected argument for you.

  • @DemonRuby Heres the thing. Real METAL is music like Thrash METAL, Death METAL, and so on. CORE music is not METAL (besides grindcore, but thats another argument). People whos Fav genres are ones such as deathMETAL will for the most part like all other kinds of METAL, but hate genres such as metal CORE, Death CORE and so on. People whos fav genres are core will like a variety. This is what i have found and it is true. Im not saying core music is poor quality music, its just not metal.

  • @crazylocoguitar I hate this word "real metal," it's not a matter of life and death and metalheads are making big deal out of nothing. I listen to many sub genres of metal, I love metalcore and I could care less whether it's a "real metal" or not, because I like how this music sounds.

  • @DemonRuby because people who listen to real metal hate core, which isnt metal
