Hey,
I have gotten this dishwasher second hand, but mine doens't turn after the initial rinse, and the know also doesn't turn after washing to pump away the water and the final rinse. We have to do it manually, But I'm scared to do it wrong. Can you help me? Is it broken?

@Wiljannn Thanks!! :)

@bogdannb No, there are two rinses after the wash: one cold and one hot rinse.

@IAmNotAFunguy we live in USA and just bought a Bosch-Siemens dishwasher which we love. This company is a German electronics giant that set up additional shop in USA and started selling their dishwashers here in the 1990's. Our Bosch dishwasher dries by using a concealed heating element (no more melted plastics ) and condensation drying, which is some type of dehumidification process, It dries the dishes well, but does not dry plastics. However, what dishwasher do you know that dries plastics?

@Wiljannn American origin/manufactured dishwashers don't use condensation drying. They use an exposed heating element and a vent in the door to dry the dishes. However, slowly but surely our technology has been forced to change because the European way has proven to be much more efficient and energy conscious.
Did you rinse those before you put them in? They look too clean. You shouldn't have to rinse dirty dishes manually before you load them in a dishwasher. We don't have to pre-rinse by hand and the machine always cleans them spotless
