Zardari-Bush crucial meeting to be held today

WASHINGTON: A crucial meeting between President Asif Ali Zardari and US President Bush will take place on the sidelines of UN General Assembly today (Tuesday).

The meeting is being termed very important for Pakistan by various sections of society.

Both leaders are expected to hold its first formal talks on several issues related to bilateral ties between Pakistan and US, challenges of terrorism and extremism faced by world and matters of mutual interest between the two countries.

The meeting will focus on Pakistans democracy, law and order situation and other key issues.
