Also you may skip the adding hot water part, and you'll get some interesting effect if you dont mix it too long. I mean it should consist entirely of milk, cofee and sugar, without water. Try it. You should like the image on the surface. I only tried that with one spoon of coffee, but it should work with more.

@SaMoVArr There is a brand that works well this way.. nescafe instant espresso.. it is a powder instant coffee that mixes easily with milk or water.. I still find the hot water helps with the sugar though..
