78 camaro's including z28's came with 3.42 with auto, 3.73 with 4 speed. 4.10 gears were not a factory option in 1978. do your reasearch before arguing with guys that know what they are talking about.

automatics came 3.42 ,manuals came 3.73,there were no special orders ,posi was an option code G 80.

can some one message me proper way to install a lift hood... i have a hardwood 4 inch cowl hood i have the pins but dont know where to install them.

@krisduboy stock z-28 usually had 3:73 gears with a 350 turbo automatic trans or 3:43's with a manual, although they were option cars meaning you could change a multitude of things about them.. and they were 165 horses in the stock V-8.. not 190... blame emissions restrictions created in 73... do your homework.

my buddy owned this car for a little while. we beat the everliving shit out of it and it would just keep going a 100%, never even leaked a drop of oil. I personally dont care for the owner, and he dont care for me but i cant knock his intelligence the boy knows his shit and he builds some of the baddest machines not only in ri but the country,

@krisduboy they came with up to 3.73 but you could get 4.10s from some dealers as a dealer option. almost like whate yenko did. a dealer specialty item

78 with 80 stripe kit and badges? (and spoiler) cant have too many passes on it, 10 bolt would grenade with that much horse, clean lookin car though

stock with 4.10s, dont think so, more like 3.08s, these cars stock only had like 190 hp, so theres no way they came with those gears

@krisduboy wanna bet its got 4.10's? wanna bet it makes 575HP? re-read what we posted...all of what we posted...its a numbers matching car - the numbers on the block, heads, rear end, frame all MATCH. We did some work to the engine, and put a supercharger on it...we didn't claim it was STOCK....

It's got the stock 4.10's that came in the car from 1978!! The car should run 10's, but we're granny shifting out of the hole so we don't leave any pieces on the track!! LOL! 60's are 2.0's at 127mph.
