bear encroaches on human territory, eating trash and the like, it has to be shot. No other option. It will further encroach on human territory seeing food opportunities, some of those 'opportunities' might be children. Bear has to be shot. Animals always defend their territory, humans are no diff. Shoot the bear. Win the game. Yay.

Awesome footage, pretty brave to get close to a beast that size, while eating food. But technically this is not an attack, it is a sighting. But still pretty cool.
