  • @krtbossman no the bass is actually very low, watch vids that have the songs without the guitar tracks in them

  • Common misconception with AJFA, the bass is not turned down. It's an eq flaw. The guitars are so scooped in the mids they eat up the frequency where the bass resides and guitar sounds will always over power bass sound at this level. They just need to remaster this entire album. Honestly I love it to death, but in my car it sounds like ass turned up because all it is is guitars and the only real bass frequency comes from the kick.

  • This song...I love you, I'm gonna miss you...It's agonizing to think of the things we'll do without you. This...this...this this this...list of things you won't be around for.

  • @Vazcular most of the songs in "..And Justice For All" was written by james and lars after a bass line that Jason wrote.

  • Bass My Ass XDDD

  • A metal Masterpiece.

  • first of all - this song is ridiculously amazing from start to finish... and also, is this jason's bass track boosted, or your own bass playing added? also, does anyone know exactly which riffs and melodies from this song were actually written by cliff?

  • I had a series of dreams...metallica was in one of them...they were up having a good time somewhere that was supposedly Columbus...and I asked if there were a lot of people...they basically said hell yeah...but they weren't so old...I don't know but it didn't look terribly like Columbus...it looked slightly rundown with a Deus Ex atmosphere.

  • You know Cliff had an extreme faith in Jesus Christ. Hetfield could feel it with this one.

  • You can still hear the bass in the original...especially with the tribute section.
