    I'd said it in other commentary, there is how to make that application, just a stream of photos running on a Apache server on the PC, and a program that open it on the PSVita, just simple as that!

    Coding, i think.Declare a WebClient, now, runs an server on your computer that makes screenshots every 2 seconds, then, with a local server that storage your screenshots, use WebClient.DownloadFile function :D Happy Coding!
