dude, you are doing the workout TOTALLY WRONG, you are using way too much weight, you aren't training anything with this motion. You have to use your legs to put the dumbbells with that stupid jerky motion coz you are using too much weight.

Doing this exercise, using momentum and leg strength to bring the dumbbells up is not helping your deltoids, which is what you should be doing. it should be a slow, controlled movement, keeping your delts flexed the whole time

As the set progresses I do use a bit of hip drive and turn the exercise into a push press which is perfectly fine to help you get through the sticking point.
