Helecopter Underwater Escape (Dunker) Training. Need to do this every 2 years to remain in-date for helecopter operations. This is the 2nd of the 4 runs - Daylight but upside down......!
@mcdetinate i am ex surface fleet retired now , you would not get me in one of those underwater tin cans ! lol i have two sons in now and another waiting for his call up papers . good luck , its a great life , senior service every time !
@dave2806 im aiming on joinin submariners, going for prejoining fitness test next week.. are you a submariner like dave? if so whats ur branch, i wanna go marine engineer (working with the nuclear power) cant wait.
I love the water and I'm in the middle of trying to join but the look of this absolutely terrifies me. I have that fear of impedning doom complex and always think 'what if the harness gets stuck or my foot gets jammed or the door doesn't open'
One of those hate it before you do it, love it after you've done it kinda thing maybe?
Looks just like the US version
