No blind spots in leopards' eyes
Can only help to jeopardise
The lives of lambs, the shepherd cries.

An outdoor life
For a silver fish.
Eternal dust, less ticklish
Than a clean room, a houseguest's wish.

He lies on his side, is he trying to hide?
In fact it's the Earth which he's known since birth.
He lies on his side, is he trying to hide?
In fact it's the Earth which he's known since birth.

Face worker, serpentine miner
A roof falls, an underliner
Of leaf structure, the egg timer.

  • Wow - a really good cover of an already really good song

  • This is probably my favourite cover of a Wire track.

  • @silkiebreeder You are correct, but this song was released in the late 70s. Very avante gaurd art punk band with a great discography.

  • this song was done by a band called wire in the late 80s if my memory serves me right
