That's fantastic, Matt! WOW! Total inspiration. I only need to lose 25 pounds to hit my goal. But it's been a freaking roller coaster ride over the years. My plan is to eat 1200 calories and burn what I eat (1200) through exercise. I work out 6 days a week currently, 3 sculpt days and 3 cardio days. Will add in extra cardio to hit my 1200 burn target. How does that sound?
