Hi, i really really need help with this :P well i won my ipod nano online a while back ago, and i had a rly old itunes 07 i i think. well after a while my friend managed to download itunes 10. and deleted all my songs. what i need help with how do i convert songs from my folder to my ipod i dont understand the system. cause the itunes "Music" folder is filled with stuff tht idk what is :S please reply to this

Problem. So I did everything in the vid. The music on it was already backed up in the previous itunes library so copied it to the itunes folder and renamed it. It still shows the same prompt about it being created by a newer version of itunes.
