  • As if all these tastes are likely to be taken in a single day by any one person!

    I found this really sad.

    If you're trying to lose weight really quickly, which is acknowledged to be a bad idea, then this kind of information is probably meaningful.

    If you are trying to be sensible about weight-loss, looking to lose a pound or so each week, then occasional lapses are not going to harm your journey as much as videos like this would suggest.

    Odd tasters = satisfied emotions = unlikely to lapse.
