Its not much of a beleif that we are primarily comprised of carbon atoms, its more like FACT.

He's not talking about fire.
"Burning" is NOT combustion in astrophysics, it's fusion. Stars obviously do not chemically combust elements, and it's assumed that you know that.
In chemistry, "fusion" is the same thing as melting, but we're not correcting everyone because we know it has TWO meanings in DIFFERENT subjects, and everyone assumes you'll know which one they're talking about.
