Hey everyone, welcome to the Lower the Gun stream. Um thank you for supporting our cause, um it really its been a successful boycott even though we had a dime of huge numbers. Its a group that has banded together to help bring back the Halo 3 community the point where it was in Halo 2. Now the reason Im saying this is because in halo 2 you were able to lower the guns and make machinimas very well over xbox live. This brought a whole aspect to the Halo 2 community that has been left out in Halo 3 because you had not been able to lower the guns over xbox live. This forces machinimators to make games you know make the maters in custom games on a local connection without other people. Because of this you havent been able to continue to you know put it online with other people and because you havent been able to do it online with other people. You havent been able to you know bring the community together the same way that you were able to during Halo 2 because of this I believe that we should lower the guns over xbox live to help bring back the Halo 2 community and move it successfully to Halo 3. This is ridiculous that they are afraid of glitching I mean look at bungie they are one of the worlds most premier gaming studios it should be able to find 10 testers and have one person write the code for this. Its absolutely ridiculous that you cannot do this I am so angry at them because of this that is why I created this group. I want to show them that were angry about this, this is something that needs to be changed this is why these machinimas directors have come together this is why we need to lower the guns over xbox live. Its disrespectful to every single machinimator that has been working in the Halo 3 universe because we cannot lower guns over xbox live and you have destroyed our way of making machinima. We are being forced to enclose on ourselves and to engage in local connections. I would love to do blogs with other people in the background like I used to do in Halo 2, but because you are unable to do that in Halo 3. Its ruined the whole entire point. I mean I know Im working on a machinima piece called Truths right now and I mean its really gonna be really hard to do it because I wont be able to lower the guns. I mean if I was able just to lower the guns I would have to um you know go into a local connection record it and have the people the voice actors send me clips of their voices to you know whoever and it would takes hours and hours of editing . Its ridiculous that you have to do that. Um I mean seriously think about this how easy is it for bungie to change a simple code over xbox live and have 10 testers test it. Like I said before they are the premier gaming studio they are the top of the line gaming studio theyre massive theyve produced the biggest game ever to hit the box office I mean in the first day of sales it grows more money Halo 3 grows more money than all of the ticket sales at the box office for titanic. And titanic raised 600 million dollars in its box office run. It got more money in the first day than Spiderman 3, batman 2, and I mean and theyre telling us that were unable to lower the guns because theyre afraid of some glitches. I mean its stupid its frankly quite stupid that they are doing this. We need to lower the guns thats why theyre here after today were still gonna be here. Were gonna continue the boycott , were gonna continue to grow we are going to make a difference in the halo 3 community. We are the first of our group we are the first boycott from within it a gaming community for a game this is big this is massive we are the lower the guns group and this is important. Thank you everyone in the u stream right now for watching this and I wanna say it once again thank you for making the lower the guns group a successful group and to make it one of the premier groups on Bungie.net while we may not be the biggest numbers dont matter. Dedication is what matters we have made a difference and we will continue to make a difference that is what we are here for and we are not going to change our minds.
