TF2 Spy 4th Weapon - Dispenser

The 4th unlockable weapon for the Spy class - a Dispenser. This was temporarily added to meet the increasing need for Dispensers by Scouts. The Spy cannot build it or repair it, but it functions and replaces the Sapper. This is done through a console command that has since been patched out. The music in order:

I did this on my clan's Dustbowl server, connect to 74.63.221.244:27017! We have previously run nocrits but temporarily turned on crits because the Targe won't crit properly with crits turned off. This is a gameplay video, so you not only get to see good uses for it, but I DIE! Although not often, thanks to the stupid Dead Ringer. We also have a server that runs stock maps on a votable rotation: 74.63.221.244:27015.
