Ur dumb unless u want 2 guitars and a piano making the chordal accompaniment muddy az hell or tell specifically which 1 guitarist should accompany the piano at certain times then yes they are just gunna stand and wait there turn. They are all good guitar players and could accompany the piano beautifully but choose not to because 3 people playing chords especially piano and guitar with there different voicing for chords/ comping ext would be too much and muddy up the sound

when the last guy solos the other 2 just stand there looking at his hands move around..rather than taking turns playing chordal accompaniment
I never understood why when there is more than one guitar player on stage ,a piano is there banging away chords..seems to me ,a good guitar player would be able to accompany with out adding a piano to the mix.
