i don't know that i'd be so harsh in my estimation of most AA's. diehards, book-thumpers, step-nazis - yeah, they're all pretty biohazardous material.

the majority of AA's are 'go along/get along' types, just looking for connection & support in stopping self-destrucyive behavior. and like the triennial of 1989 indicates, most are gone after 5 years.

in a way, AA's right: after 5 years, you get your brains back ... and leave.

I agree with every single thing this video claims. AA is not an honest program. The fellowship doesn't even understand what it means to be honest. AA is full of liars. The tactics they use are abusive. It is a cult. It is a social group for addicts who enjoy staying dysfunctional forever. AA has zero accountability for its program. The fellowship takes zero accountability for their lies or behaviors. I agree it is a dangerous cult of deception. AA even lies about God.
