Stafix® - Airing the Sheets

You'll get the best feeding results if you air the sheets before feeding them into the press. When you air the sheets you are, effectively separating the sheets and reducing any sticking. If you do this small step before feeding Stafix into your press you can reach the recommend speeds of 6000 to 7000 sheets per hour.

Run them in stacks of around 300 at a time. This also helps facilitate drying as drying should also take place in smaller stacks. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
