I've got to say, Tony's performance certainly suffered as he did, but in this episode, he must have been having a good day, because it's like watching him in season 4 all over again
-
@TheLastBrainLeft I disagree. Tony was wonderful in the earlier, less troubled years, and I refute the idea that 'the Tony we so love' would have disappeared as a consequence of trying to collect himself and get on with life. Though I would like to see what he can do now. <3 Tony

@mmasny Drug issues. He was (and still continues) to struggle with manic depressive disorder. Ironically, his best moments were when he was in a manic state. The Tony we so love here on this show is probably gone now that he's medicated.

i love mike mcshane!
-
@mmasny he had bipolar disorder, and he went a little off his rocker around that time. in a documentary he described living in a warehouse chucking all his old furniture into the river. I'm not sure he was at that stage when they fired him, but he certainly got there eventually.
-
@LMW87MMA Why was Tony fired?
-
@Lamporre If I remember correctly, Mike was disenchanted with the show kicking off Tony, and that's why he only ever appeared a single time after Tony was fired. That shows that Mike must have felt strongly about Tony
-
Love how at 2:13 after Tony spits on stage, Mike cheers and gives him a high five.
They must have been good buddies, considering the way they were around each other.
-
"A gigantic floating vessel..." *Mike walks out*
