  • Thank you for video, its great! The man is a true expert, working in a white shirt! I wish he could teach me on butchering lamb. I love lamb, and want to be a pro in cutting it. I have a couple questions: What do you do with the spine nerves? (you took them out). What do you use fat for?

  • @andreyanna1000 He is a pro butcher from the city slaughterhouse. His knife was extremely sharp and he kept sharpening them. The spine nerves are discarded and the fat is grilled with chunks of meat that produces an unbelievable taste and aroma. Some eat the fat and some don't. The lamb is very lean and it consumes the local aromatic wild grass and veg that gives the meat a very good taste and aroma.
