The Prismriver sisters...the awesomeness of their theme and their difficulty in-game is equally high. They are known as pretty much the most annoying enemies in the whole series.
They are poltergeists (thanks to Ronidobrasil456 for correcting me there)...and they are good at playing instruments. (duh)

@Avuncus Oooooh you came to the right place :) Touhou is a PC game. However, it's a bullet-hell madness game. Bullets fly from the screen everywhere and you have to dodge them with your hit-box the size of your sprites back XD but the game only consists of girls and the dialog before each fight is hilarious. Plus most of the bullet patterns are amazing to watch. I'd seriously consider checking it out :3
